Yes. Payments incurred during your stay (drinks, minibar, etc.) will be attached to the room and will be paid at the time of check-out.

We accept cash, credit, transport cards (such as Suica or Pasmo), and QR payment methods (such as PayPay).
Can you print out my receipt for me?
Only the amount of payment made on site can be issued by the hotel.
Receipt for payment made in advance through the reservation site will be issued from the reservation site you used.

All rooms are equipped with a private pool and jacuzzi.

How deep is the pool?
The deepest area is 1.5m (about 5ft) deep.

Is the pool heated?
Only during the period of November ~ April, the water will be hot (about 30°C).

Yes, you can.
However, we do ask that customers cover their tattoos when using shared spaces in front of other customers.

There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers on site.
Laundry detergent and fabric softener are also available free of charge.
Do you have leisure towels available for rental?

How long does it take to get between the airport ~ the hotel?
It is about 25 minutes by car from Miyako Airport ~ our hotel, and about 10 minutes by car from Shimojishima Airport ~ our hotel.
Is it possible to pick up and drop off at places other than the airport?

Can I rent a car before check-in or after check-out?
Normally, it is available from check-in (after 15 o'clock) to check-out (until 11 o'clock).
Depending on the stock status of the vehicle, it is possible to borrow it before check-in and after check-out, but please note that we cannot guarantee it.
What do I need to pick up my rental car?
We ask that you present a valid driver's license in Japan.
Is it possible to borrow or drop off at the airport?
It cannot be rented or dropped off at the airport.

Can convertibles open and close the roof?
Yes. The roof of the convertible car can be opened and closed.
Will I return the product with a full tank of gasoline?
Yes. We ask that you return it with a full tank of gasoline.
In the unlikely event that the tank is not full, you will be asked to pay the gasoline fee and handling fee at the front desk.
