当ホテルは、お客様に安全かつ快適にご滞在いただくため、宿泊約款第１０条に基づき利用規則を定めております。この利用規則をお守りいただけない場合、宿泊約款第７条の規定により、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。

We have established Use Regulations in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Agreements (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) in order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. If a guest fails to abide by these Use Regulations, the accommodation contract may be cancelled in accordance with Article 7 of the Accommodation Agreement.

1. 定員より多い場合はご利用いただけません。ご予約いただいた人数以上のご利用は、お断り申し上げます。
1. We will not accept more guests than the room capacity, or more guests than the number of people reserved.
2. 未成年者のみの宿泊の場合は、親権者同意書のご提出をお願いします。
2. Minors seeking accommodation without guardian are requested to submit a parent consent form.
3. 当ホテル内でのご来訪客との面会は、終日お断り申し上げます。
3. No visitors are allowed to meet with guests in the hotel any time of the day.
4. 宿泊約款第８条により、登録された宿泊客（同伴者を含む）以外のご来訪客を宿泊させることはお断り申し上げます。
4. We do not permit unregistered guests (including companions) to stay at the hotel, in accordance with Article 8 of the Agreement.
5. 当ホテルにご滞在中や外出時、またご就寝の際は施錠をご確認ください。
5. Please make sure that the door is locked during your stay at the hotel, when you go out, or when you go to bed.
6. 下記物品などの持ち込みはお断り申し上げます。
1. お香、キャンドル、花火、火薬、揮発油、その他発火、引火性のもの
2. 腐敗物、不潔物、悪臭、異臭、臭気、その他湿気等を発するもの
3. 動物、鳥類、ペット類（盲導犬、聴導犬、介助犬等は除きます）
4. 法により所持を許可されていない銃砲、刀剣、覚醒剤、睡眠薬の類
6. The following items are prohibited at the Hotel:
1. Incense, candles, fireworks, gunpowder, volatile oil, and other flammable or combustible materials;
2. Decomposing or filthy matter, or any other matter that emits foul/abnormal odor or moisture, etc.;
3. Animals, birds, and pets (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, etc. are excluded);
4. Firearms, swords, stimulants, and sleeping pills that are not permitted by law to be possessed.
7. 当ホテルは敷地内の全てが禁煙となっております。建物内での喫煙による匂いや跡が認められた場合、ハウスクリーニング代や寝具、備品の買換え費用を負担していただく場合があります。
7. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel’. If any odor or trace of smoking is found in the building, you may be asked to pay for housecleaning and replacement of bedding and fixtures.
8. 貴重品は、お客様の責任にて保管願います。客室内にセーフティボックスがございます。当ホテルでの紛失・盗難の責任については、宿泊約款第１５条３項に従います。
8. Please keep your valuables at your own risk. Guest rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes. The responsibility for loss or theft of valuables at the hotel is in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Article 15 of the Agreement.
9. 賭博等の風紀、治安を乱すような行為、花火、高声や大声の会話、放歌、またテレビや音楽の音量を大きくする等近隣に迷惑を及ぼす行為・言動はおやめください。
9. Please refrain from any activities that may disturb public morals and safety, such as gambling, or any other activities or behavior that may disturb the neighborhood, such as .fireworks, loud conversations, loud singing, or loud TV or music.
10. 当ホテルにて大声を出すなどの迷惑行為により、近隣の住人から警察に通報される場合がありますが、その場合は法的にすべて当ホテル利用者様が責任を負うことになります。
10. In the event of a disturbance at the hotel, such as shouting, the residents of the neighborhood may call the police. In such cases, the Guest will be held legally responsible for the disturbance.
11. 当ホテルを宿泊以外の目的でご利用にならないでください。
11. Please do not use our hotel for any purpose other than lodging.
12. バーベキューの利用は、当ホテルが指定した場所のみでの利用とします。
12. Barbecues are only allowed in areas designated by the hotel.
13. 当ホテル内や敷地内での広告物の配布や物品の販売をしないでください。
13. Do not distribute advertising materials or sell items in the hotel or on the premises.
14. お買い物代、切符代、タクシー代、郵便切手代、お荷物送料等の立替は、お断りさせていただきます。
14. We do not make temporary payments for your purchases, tickets, cab fares, postage stamps, baggage postage, etc.
15. 内装、外装を変更、装飾するのはおやめください。
15. Please do not alter or decorate the interior or exterior of your room.
16. 当ホテル設備や電化製品・家具・物品等を故意にあるいは誤って壊したり、建物内を著しく汚したりした場合は、復旧にかかる料金を全額負担していただきます。
16. In the event of intentional or accidental damage to our facilities, appliances, furniture, or items, or significant defacement of the building, you will be responsible for all charges incurred for restoration.
17. 当ホテルの設備・備品等は、ご宿泊期間中に限りご利用者様に貸与するものであり、お持ち帰りいただくことはできません。当ホテル内から持ち出さないでください。
17. Equipment and fixtures of the hotel are for loan to guests during your stay only, and may not be taken out of the hotel. Please do not take them out of the hotel.
18. 当ホテルでのインターネット接続に関し、発生したトラブル（接続不良を含む）につきましては、一切の責任を負いません。
18. The hotel is not responsible for any problems (including poor connection) that may occur in connection with Internet access at the Hotel.
19. 屋外ジャグジー及びプール、また当ホテルにおけるすべての設備は、お客様自身の責任においてご利用ください。（全部屋約1.5ｍの深さになっております)
19. The outdoor Jacuzzi and swimming pool, as well as all other facilities in the hotel, are to be used at your own risk (All pools are approximately 1.5 meters deep).
20. 天災、または当ホテル利用者様の不注意で引き起こしたすべての事故、本規則に従わないため起こった事故に関し、一切の責任を負いません。
20. The hotel is not responsible for any accidents caused by natural disasters or carelessness on the part of the hotel guests, or for any accidents caused by failure to comply with these rules.
21. 当ホテル利用者様の車両やご持参の品物の紛失、破損、盗難、事故に関しまして、一切の責任を負いません。
21. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or accident to your vehicle or personal belongings.
22. 当ホテルで撮影された写真等を営業上の目的で公になさることは、法的処置の対象となることがあります。
22. Any publicity of photographs taken at the hotel for business purposes may be subject to legal action.
23. セキュリティの異常を感知した場合や施設管理のため、警備会社又は管理スタッフが巡回することがあります。
23. Security company or management staff may patrol the premises in case of security anomalies or for facility management purposes.
24. この利用規則は日本語と英語、簡体字および繁体字で作成されていますが、その文の間に不一致又は相違があるときは、日本文を優先するものとします。
24. These Use Regulations and conditions are provided in Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. In case of a discrepancy between the Japanese and the other languages, the Japanese version will take precedence.
