How to use the service

How to make a reservation

When you make a reservation, please apply for a rental car.

  • Desired vehicle type (compact/wagon/convertible)

    * We cannot accept the specification of the car name.

  • Airplane departure and arrival numbers
  • Availability of a child seat (or age of the child)

Our staff will pick you up from Miyako Airport and Miyako Shimojishima Airport to the hotel.

(In some cases, it may be a taxi transfer)

If the flight time is undecided at the time of booking, please contact the hotel with the flight number once confirmed.

* Rental cars can only be rented during the stay period and cannot be rented outside the period of stay.

Depending on the availability of vehicles, it is possible to borrow them before check-in and after check-out, but please note that we cannot guarantee this.

Precautions during rental

  1. Park your car in a safe place and turn off the engine

  3. Report to the police
  4. Report the accident to the hotel

What to do in case of parking violation

Please report to the police station indicated on the confirmation mark.

Please return the rental car after the violation has been processed.

About insurance

Compensation Limit

Bodily injury compensation: Unlimited per person (including the amount of compensation for automobile liability insurance)
Objective Compensation: Unlimited per accident
Personal Injury Compensation: Up to 30 million yen per person *1
Personal Injury Compensation: Up to 30 million yen per person *1

  1. We will compensate for the amount of damage caused by the passenger's injuries (including death and permanent disability) due to a car accident, regardless of the percentage of fault of the driver.
    (Maximum amount of 30 million yen: The amount of damage is calculated in accordance with the standards stipulated in the insurance policy.)
  • You will be responsible for any damages that exceed the out-of-pocket and compensation limits listed below.
  • In the case of an accident that falls under the reason for not being able to pay the insurance claim under the insurance policy, you will not be covered.
    In addition, if there is no police proof of the accident, it may not be compensated.

According to the flight time you have requested in advance, our staff will meet you at the airport arrival hall.
Only for customers who wish to be picked up, we will send you an information email the day before check-in, so please check it.

It is about 25 minutes by car from Miyako Airport ~ our hotel, and about 10 minutes by car from Shimojishima Airport ~ our hotel.
