(1) Regarding allergen listings for meals
- We do not list allergens contained in meals at this hotel.
(2) Regarding handling of foodstuffs
- We prepare all meals in only one kitchen at this hotel. Due to this, there is a chance of allergen contamination in any dish prepared.
(3) Retort meals available
- We offer retort meals as a low-allergen menu at this hotel. For guests who would like to request this service, please notify us when making your reservation.
Our retort meals are free of wheat, soba (buckwheat), egg, milk, peanuts, shrimp, and crab. However, they may contain other allergens so we are unable to provide an absolute guarantee that they will not cause an allergic reaction.
We obtain detailed information from the manufacturer in order to reduce allergens as much as possible, but please use caution and monitor your physical condition when making any final decisions.
(4) Regarding outside food/drink
- You may bring your own food/drink that you know is safe for you (e.g. retort meals) to enjoy alongside other guests.
